Guided hikes and nature-based scavenger hunts for children at designated locations and times, or guide yourself at your own pace throughout the day. Woodland Dunes Nature Center & Preserve
Length: 1 hour

Meet at Nature Center entrance at 8:00 am, 10:30 am, 1:00 pm, and 4:00

Mariner’s Trail on Lake MichiganTrail is paved and wide for full accessibility.

Point Beach State ForestPark pass not needed in honor of Free Fun Weekend.
Length: 2 hours for 9:00 am hike; 1 hour for afternoon hikes

Roughly 7 miles round trip or 3.5 miles for one way hike with shuttle.
